Terms of Service

Last updated: July 25, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Money Copilot AI (the “Service”), an MCP server that allows AI assistants to log, search, and summarize expense data on your behalf. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

01Using the Service

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you submit and for keeping any credentials or API access secure.

02Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service to store data you do not have the right to store.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.

03No financial advice

The Service is a record-keeping and summarization tool. It does not provide financial, tax, investment, or legal advice, and nothing in the Service should be treated as such.

04Your data

You retain ownership of the expense data you submit. Our handling of that data is described in our Privacy Policy.

05Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

06Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

07Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

08Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

09Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
